Keeley Civil is in New Braunfels, Texas!
In 2021, we made the decision that it was time for Keeley to plant our roots in New Braunfels, Texas. Along with moving our Paving operations down south, we knew it was the perfect opportunity to grow our Civil services in this new market. Starting from the ground up can be scary, but with the right team members, Keeley’s world-class culture, and a strong vision, anything is possible. Our Civil efforts in New Braunfels, Texas are led by John Frazier, VP of Operations, and Mike Uldrich, VP of Business Development.
While Keeley has done work in Texas for decades, our office in New Braunfels, Texas is our first one in the Lone Star State. John and Mike joined the Keeley family and were challenged with establishing this office and making a name for Keeley in the region. The past year and a half has been a fun ride and the Texas team has experienced incredible growth.

Keeley truly approaches each project as a unified partnership, working to advance the project while growing together. This mindset has helped John, Mike, and the team thrive in Texas and beyond.

The New Braunfels, Texas team is just at the beginning of their success and everyone has a strong vision for what continued success looks like. Mike is excited to see Keeley Texas grow to $250M every year with sustainable success that helps Keeley Construction grow companywide. John is looking forward to continued growth, finding the right people, and entering into the right partnerships in which the customers value Keeley as much as Keeley values them.
