UMB Bank was seeking to update their downtown St. Louis branch and called on Keeley Construction to bring their vision to life. The downtown branch was centered around an inviting, customer-centric vibe, but UMB wanted to add a customer café area and high-end finishes. Keeley was able to enhance the branch image and deliver an outstanding product.

Keeley Construction’s dedicated business development team had been building a strong relationship with UMB for quite some time. After working to grow the partnership, Keeley was awarded the new branch renovation project in August of 2020. Throughout the project, Keeley’s management team developed a strong relationship with the UMB team, further strengthening the partnership. Upon completion, Keeley’s self-perform labor delivered a high-end project that was just what UMB Bank had envisioned.
