L. Keeley Building Spotlight: Veritas Federal Credit Union

The L. Keeley Building Group was incredibly proud to partner with Veritas Credit Union to design and build a state-of-the-art headquarters and branch to serve their members in the Smyrna, TN community. Veritas Federal Credit Union is a Federally Chartered, Federally Insured Independent Financial Institution serving Nissan employees and family members in North America and its affiliates, as well as Veritas’ other select employer groups.

When Veritas came to L. Keeley with the need for a new headquarters and branch, their existing branch was in a low-density office park that allowed very little visibility for the Credit Union. In order to increase visibility and gain room for a drive-up, Veritas purchased a nearby site right across the state highway from the Smyrna Nissan Plant. This new location provides the Credit Union with higher visibility and ease of access to best serve members. The eye-catching architecture is a testament for Veritas’ dedication and commitment to enhancing Smyrna’s financial and cultural growth.

The Plan | Design | Build team at L. Keeley provided Veritas Federal Credit Union with a brand-new 8,260 SF facility. The Design Team delivered unique building concepts which included a stunning branch space and all furniture, security, landscaping, and data wiring for the building. The full-service branch onsite uses the teller pod concept for more interactive exchanges with members. It also features a full-service drive-up facility with an ATM and remote teller kiosks for member service.

In their 47 years of service, Veritas has experienced exponential growth and now serves 6,500 members throughout North America. L. Keeley’s integrated approach to the project, dedication to safety, and the cultural alignment of both organizations laid the foundation for a strong, long-lasting partnership. L. Keeley is very proud to be a part of Veritas’ story in Smyrna.

Keeley Construction Industrial Group Partners with IKO

Keeley Construction’s Industrial Group is proud to partner with IKO on the construction of a new crushing and coloring plant, supporting the company’s continued growth through a complex, full-scope industrial build. The project includes the construction of multiple buildings, the installation of all equipment & conveyors, and complete site utility work. This project will be delivered on an aggressive 18-month schedule.
