Keeley’n Spotlight: Brad Biderman

Keeley Civil is one of the largest business groups at Keeley Construction and completes work in some of the harshest environments. Our Heavy Civil Infrastructure Team works hard to exceed expectations on every project while completing every task with the highest quality. Brad Biderman, Project Director for Heavy Civil Infrastructure, leads his team through challenging projects while empowering everyone around him to strive for greatness.

Brad joined the Keeley Heavy Civil Infrastructure team in April 2014 as a Project Manager. In 2014, Brad was working out of Keeley Construction’s original Sauget, IL office, so he has seen some pretty incredible growth over the years. Brad started his Keeley journey doing work for trusted customers. He expanded his knowledge and experience and has worked with countless partners. Most recently, he spent two and a half years stationed full-time onsite at Keeley Construction’s largest project to date, CITYPARK in St. Louis, MO. Being trusted to lead a project of that caliber makes Brad feel empowered in himself and his team.

“I feel empowered every single day. I constantly remind myself and peers how awesome it is to work for a company that really wants you to think, behave, manage, take action, and make decisions to benefit the workplace and develop career growth.”

Brad has always loved being hands on in his work and began building and remodeling things at an early age, so construction was a natural fit for him. Since beginning his career, Brad has loved tackling new challenges and seeing his work come to life. Communication is key, and he has been able to build some amazing, long-lasting relationships with team members, customers, and others in the industry. As Brad continues to evolve and grow, he embraces the future and has a strong vision for what he wants to accomplish, including making Keeley a household name nationwide! Brad has enjoyed every phase of his career, so if he could give a piece of advice to those just starting out in the industry, it would be:

“Listen, ask questions, become involved, and practice self-starting.”

Brad has called Keeley home for eight years and has learned a lot of lessons during this time. Keeley has a world-class culture and is driven by a steadfast mission and set of core values. From the moment he walked in the door, Brad learned the importance of embracing this culture and living out our core values of PRIDE. The value that Brad sees lived out the most every day is Integrity.
