Greg Yawitz, CEO & Owner of KEAT Properties, is a lifelong resident of the Olivette neighborhood in St. Louis, MO. He saw a growing need to revitalize the corner of Olive Blvd. and I-170 “at the center of everything.”

A mild from the downtown Clayton business district, Olive Crossing is redefining the pathway from the airport to St. Louis’ urban core. This dyamic, 14.8-acre mixed use center is anchored by 180,000+ SF of office space with a 160-room dual brand Marriott Courtyard and Element hotel, 181 apartment units, and 30,000+ SF of retail, dining, and services. Restaurant spaces offer accessible and attractive outdoor dining, high ceilings with extended glass frontage, and ample easy parking. The development boasts distinctive architecture and courtyard amenities with seating, water features, greenery, and artwork showcased throughout.
