Keeley Building Spotlight: Hunter Engineering

Hunter Engineering enlisted the help of Keeley Construction to reconfigure and remodel their office space into an updated facility to help them achieve their vision for growth. The massive reconfiguration and remodel of the facility included a new client-facing workspace featuring a media center, classroom build-out, and training facility. A two-story building was erected within the existing space to create the training area along with four separate classrooms.

Each classroom has a specific STC rating to ensure noise from one classroom will not impact another. The remodel also included updated restrooms and mechanical units. The new office spaces were designed to accommodate technological trends while ensuring the space reflected the owner’s forward-thinking culture.
