Keeley Construction Hires New Director of Business Development in Phoenix, AZ

DECEMBER 12, 2023 – SAINT LOUIS, MO – Keeley Construction is proud to announce our newest Keeley’n Stacey Noble, who will serve as Director of Business Development for our West market based out of Phoenix. Stacey brings 20+ years of business development experience in the construction industry, along with a wide network of industry connections. We are excited for Stacey’s expertise as we continue to grow our services and reach in the West region.

Stacey began her career at one of Arizona’s leading brokerage firms working with their top industrial team. She then transitioned to an architecture firm that specializes in industrial and manufacturing design, giving her an introduction to the construction industry. After learning a lot in this role, Stacey moved to a top local Phoenix General Contractor, selling their building services and forming long-lasting relationships with clients and partners. When starting her career, Stacey always had an interest in construction because she loved the idea of sitting down with clients during the early design phases and seeing that design and their vision come to life throughout the entire construction process. It’s been a rewarding journey to be a part of, especially as Phoenix continues to grow.

When looking for the next chapter in her career, Stacey met with Gonzo Gonzalez, Regional Director, and he told her about Keeley’s mission, culture, and vision for the West region. He sold her on the growth potential, ability to spread the Keeley name across the region, and full support from leadership to grow their office. That spoke to her entrepreneurial heart and she made the leap to Keeley. As for her vision, Stacey is looking forward to turning the Phoenix team into a self-sustaining powerhouse, building the best projects with the greatest people in the business.
