In Ellisville, MO, the L. Keeley Building Group renovated an existing tenant space and transformed it into a brand new ALDI location. The new location was expected to be 26,920 square feet and had a construction cost of $1.4M.
The existing space was located in a shopping plaza that remained active during all phases of renovation, a component that added to the complexity and uniqueness of this project. The project also had to be completed within a short time-frame to meet ALDI’s stringent schedule requirements. L. Keeley self-performed the concrete and steel erection in order to help control onsite forces.
