Arizona’s healthcare facilities serve a population that reached approximately 7.62 million in July 2025, with adults age 65 and older representing more than one in five residents. These demographics underscore the importance of accessible care environments that accommodate diverse patient needs, efficient clinical workflows, and evolving treatment technologies. Keeley’s Arizona Building Group partners with healthcare clients on medical offices, outpatient centers, and specialty practices, coordinating construction around the services each facility will provide. We work closely with owners, architects, engineers, and equipment vendors to align treatment spaces, diagnostic areas, staff work zones, and building infrastructure. Depending on the project, technical requirements may include medical gas systems, imaging shielding, specialized equipment connections, dedicated electrical circuits, backup power, and HVAC systems with specific ventilation and filtration requirements. Accessibility, durable finishes, cleanability, and maintenance access also inform execution. In occupied healthcare settings, our approach includes coordinating construction phases, utility shutdowns, temporary barriers, dust containment, and infection prevention measures with facility personnel. From procurement through inspections, commissioning, and turnover, we align construction activities with equipment installation and operational readiness to help providers transition into spaces prepared to serve their patients.

Our Project Experience
