The Visit Phoenix at CityScape project is a full-floor, high-end tenant improvement encompassing approximately 30,000 SF within a premier downtown Phoenix office tower. Keeley Construction delivered a complete demolition and rebuild featuring modular glass storefront systems, custom millwork, accordion walls with structural framing, and new HVAC systems. The space includes private offices, conference rooms, restrooms, and a striking lobby highlighted by a custom leather wall feature and other high-end finishes throughout.
