Esplanade 3 Spec Suites

This project consisted of demolition down to the bare bones, completely gutting each of the five suites. Throughout the project, the team completed modification of mechanical/electrical/plumbing for the new floor layout. The team modernized the spaces with new paint, carpeting, lighting, and more to meet TransWestern's brand standards and vision.

One challenge the team has faced on this project is working in an occupied space in a difficult location. The building is in close proximity to residential areas, so the team cannot make noise outside before 6am. Additionally, there are tenants on all floors of the towers, so the team cannot make noise inside after 7 am. This has proved to be a tough challenge, but the team was able to complete work safely and with minimal disruptions to neighbors both inside and outside.
