L. Keeley Building Spotlight: Sullivan Bank

The L. Keeley Financial Facilities team was approached by Sullivan Bank to design and construct a new branch in St. Clair, MO. This unique Design | Build project provides the community with a brand new, 6,200 SF, state-of-the-art facility with a community room that can be utilized by all bank customers and team members. The lobby space is framed by clerestory windows to allow natural light to flow into the space. This facility also provides an ATM, drive-up capabilities, and a traditional teller line to accommodate the local market.

This new facility is located on the prominent corner of North Main St. (Old Hwy 47) and Commercial Ave. (Old Hwy 66) that required the purchase and consolidation of three lots and procurement of land from both the city of St. Clair and the state of Missouri. This location allows the bank to provide ease of access in order to best serve their community. The stunning architecture of this branch proves to be a statement for Sullivan Bank's dedication and commitment to enhancing St. Clair's financial and cultural growth.

In their 125th year, Sullivan Bank recently changed their name, website, and logo. Adding a showcase branch to their brand made perfect sense. The Financial Facilities team is proud to have helped Sullivan Bank continue to grow their brand and better serve their customers and communities.

Keeley Construction Industrial Group Partners with IKO

Keeley Construction’s Industrial Group is proud to partner with IKO on the construction of a new crushing and coloring plant, supporting the company’s continued growth through a complex, full-scope industrial build. The project includes the construction of multiple buildings, the installation of all equipment & conveyors, and complete site utility work.
