Keeley Construction and TrustBank Announce Partnership on New Wealth Management Facility
ST. LOUIS, MO – October 21, 2021 – Keeley Construction and TrustBank are proud to announce their partnership for a new Banking & Wealth Management Office in Olney, Illinois. This facility will house an upgraded, larger branch space, as well as new Wealth Management Offices to replace the existing offices that were located in a building behind the Main Office.
This two-story facility will allow TrustBank to seamlessly serve their customers. The first floor will contain a new, full-service branch with lobby tellers, drive-up tellers with pneumatic tube lanes, a deal drawer, and a night deposit. A separate ATM lane is included to guide drive-thru traffic. This branch is intended to replace the older, smaller branch on N. West Street (IL Hwy 130) in the Rural King shopping center. The second floor houses the Wealth Management Offices with multiple meeting rooms and offices for the advisors. Each floor is approximately 3,700 SF for a total building area of 7,400 SF. The new facility will have an elevator to access both floors. The Wealth Management Office will have its own lobby and waiting area for customers, along with a planned video greeting system.
