Keeley Construction and Busey Bank Partner on Branch Renovation

SAINT LOUIS, MO – July 6, 2023 – Keeley Construction is proud to partner with Busey Bank on a renovation project in the St. Louis area. Busey Bank realized the need for major updates at their branch location at S. Grand Blvd. and Chippewa St., bringing it up to brand standards while reinvesting in the surrounding community. The 2,900 SF building will remain operational throughout construction.

An existing basement contained out-of-date restrooms and a staff breakroom. Both the restrooms and the break room will be brought up to the first floor and updated for staff and customer use & enjoyment. Due to a decrease in lobby foot traffic, interior teller stations will be replaced with smaller, updated positions. New offices will be added to the branch for team members and for private banking needs. Along with exterior renovations to the building, outdoor transaction equipment will be replaced and the two drive-thru lanes will utilize a two-way video for remote drive-up transactions. All of these updates were carefully planned to increase operational efficiency, with customers’ best interest in mind. The work is starting immediately and is scheduled to be completed in less than six months.

Keeley Construction Industrial Group Partners with IKO

Keeley Construction’s Industrial Group is proud to partner with IKO on the construction of a new crushing and coloring plant, supporting the company’s continued growth through a complex, full-scope industrial build. The project includes the construction of multiple buildings, the installation of all equipment & conveyors, and complete site utility work. This project will be delivered on an aggressive 18-month schedule.
