Keeley Construction and TrustBank Complete Construction on New Facility

ST. LOUIS, MO - October 4, 2022 - Keeley Construction and TrustBank are proud to announce the completion and grand opening of TrustBank’s new Banking & Wealth Management Office in Olney, Illinois. This new facility houses an upgraded branch space along with a new Wealth Management Office to better serve their customers.

The two-story facility began welcoming customers on September 6, 2022. The first floor contains the new, full-service branch space. This floor includes lobby tellers, three drive-up lanes with pneumatic tubes, a deal drawer, and a night deposit, giving customers a full-service experience the moment they walk through the doors. A separate ATM lane was also included to maximize ease of use for the ATM. The Wealth Management Office is housed on the second floor and is accessible to customers via elevator. This new addition includes multiple meeting rooms and offices for the advisors, along with its own lobby and waiting area with a video greeting system, allowing them to easily provide their world-class services to visitors and customers. Each floor is approximately 3,700 SF for a total building area of 7,400 SF.

Keeley Construction Industrial Group Partners with IKO

Keeley Construction’s Industrial Group is proud to partner with IKO on the construction of a new crushing and coloring plant, supporting the company’s continued growth through a complex, full-scope industrial build. The project includes the construction of multiple buildings, the installation of all equipment & conveyors, and complete site utility work. This project will be delivered on an aggressive 18-month schedule.
