Fountainhead Heights 8th Floor Renovations

Shorenstein was in need of renovations to their 8th floor office space and called upon the Keeley Building Group. The team came in and brought their vision for an updated, functional office space to life. When the previous tenants vacated the space, they left all their furniture which needed to be disposed of. The team raised up the existing linear lights in the ceilings throughout the space and took 12 inches off the linear lights to bring them closer to the hard lid. Every wall and column throughout the space was given a fresh, neutral coat of paint for a clean, sharp look. In the kitchen, new tile flooring was installed, with new carpet and ceramic tile placed throughout the rest of the space. Finally, the team also updated the elevator lobby with new glass doors at both ends, ensuring a safe elevator area for all.
