Fountainhead Heights 2nd Floor Spec Suites

Full floor buildout of 4 new spec class A office suites in Tempe, AZ within an occupied building. The project consisted of building 4 separate suites and building core upgrades. The suites all included high end glass wall systems, acoustical baffles, natural wood paneling and custom lighting. The spaces included breakrooms, conference rooms, phone rooms, wellness rooms, and a combination of open office and private offices. Keeley was included in the early stages to assist with keeping a tight budget and schedule and have previously completed core upgrades in this same building previously. During the course of construction, CarMax leased the largest of the four suites. Keeley worked with this tenant, the architect, and the building manager to accommodate the revisions they required to occupy the space. Keeley was able to complete the CarMax suite including all of their desired upgrades in the same schedule originally planned for the spec suites.
