Keeley partnered with Summit St. Louis Business Center, LLC to provide the YMCA with a new and significantly updated space in a neighboring office. Keeley provided preconstruction services to keep the project within budget. The design incorporated a modern, open office look with additional conference and training rooms. To keep the project on time, Keeley coordinated the schedule of new construction work with client's furniture and IT providers. Keeley exceeded the client's expectations, forming a trusted partnership between Keeley and the YMCA.
