Vandalia Solar Farm

Keeley Civil Infrastructure served as a subcontractor on this 70MW DC solar project spanning 336 acres. The scope included pile, racking, and module installation, along with inverter and Met Tower foundations and substation control house stairs. With a peak workforce of 80 and more than 76,000 man-hours across multiple unions, the team overcame severe weather, drainage issues, and material delays to deliver a safe, high-quality project.
