Twin Rivers Church

The Twin Rivers Church was a transformative renovation and expansion project within an existing 80,000 SF retail building. The project included the removal of approximately 60,000 SF of interior finishes and a 100’x110’ section of roof, with the roof in that area raised from 20’ to 38’ to accommodate new programmatic needs. The buildout features 40,000 SF dedicated to classrooms, gathering rooms, a large main auditorium with raised geofoam seating and risers, a kids auditorium, and a catering kitchen.

As General Contractor, all carpentry and demolition scopes were self-performed, utilizing 40 Keely craft members, 82 tons of structural steel, and 132 cubic yards of concrete. Twin Rivers project was also a Power of One project that pulled in Keeley’s Civil, Industrial, and Restoration groups. This renovation delivers a modern, flexible worship and community environment tailored to the needs of Twin Rivers Church.
