Truity Credit Union

This ground-up construction project delivered a new 2,506 SF Truity Credit Union branch on a 1.8-acre site, designed as a prototype for future locations in partnership with Keeley. The single-story structure was built using structural steel, cold-formed metal framing, and trusses, with a modern exterior featuring storefront glazing, stone veneer, EIFS, a standing seam metal roof, and TPO roofing. A fully grouted CMU storm shelter with a concrete lid was also constructed for emergency use.

Inside, the branch showcases a spacious lobby with high- end finishes, including curved acrylic privacy walls, a standalone ITM, teller stations, and a signature acoustical baffle wall featuring the Truity logo. Additional interior spaces include private offices, a workroom, and a breakroom. Exterior site elements include a drive-through and a landscaped outdoor gathering space complete with green space and string lighting to support community engagement.
