Troy WTP

Keeley Construction was awarded the equipment procurement and construction for water treatment plant improvements in Troy, Illinois, including the installation of a new Well #5, replacement of components in Wells #2-4, and the addition of high-pressure filters. They installed a high-service pump station to support a 500,000-gallon clearwell, transitioned to a sodium hypochlorite system, upgraded SCADA and instrumentation, and replaced the standby generator with a new Cummins 900kW model. Additional improvements included enhanced storage, a perimeter fence, landscaping, and security systems. The project was completed on time and under budget, earning a commendation from the client.
