On an existing multi-use development that Keeley Properties completed 3 years ago, the 2nd floor had been left for potential commercial office use. Keeley Properties decided to fit out this floor as 13 new apartments and a new Gym, Lounge, Leasing area and steam room. Keeley won the hard bid on the project to finish the space. Keeley is excited to work hand in hand with Keeley Properties to support their goals and help them realize potential savings on the project.
