West Adams Storm Improvements

The West Adams Storm Improvements project, located in St. Charles, MO, enhanced critical stormwater infrastructure across a 36,000 SF area for the City of St. Charles. Keeley served as the general contractor, self-performing demolition, storm sewer installation, water service replacement, grading, and both asphalt and concrete paving. Keeley Paving placed approximately 205 tons of asphalt as part of the improvements showcasing Keeley's Power of One capabilities. The project required careful coordination around existing active utilities and was impacted by delays from Ameren pole relocations and Verizon utility adjustments. Through proactive communication and field coordination, the team successfully delivered durable and efficient stormwater improvements for the community.
