The Pulaski Solar Farm is a 486 MW DC renewable energy development spanning 3,318 acres in Karnak, Illinois. Delivered as a Power of One project, Keeley Civil Infrastructure and Keeley Energy are serving together as subcontractors to Gemma Renewable Power, responsible for the installation of tracker posts, miscellaneous posts, and racking row tubes to support the photovoltaic array. The scope is projected to take approximately two years to complete, with Keeley coordinating closely with Kamax (earthwork contractor), 3 Phase (electrical contractor), and Hodge Western (underground utility contractor) to ensure seamless execution across disciplines. At peak, more than 100 craftspeople have been mobilized, with over 133,000 manhours completed to date out of an anticipated 265,000+ manhours. The installation includes 125,887 tracker posts, 8,553 miscellaneous posts, and 98,768 row tubes, all supporting the facility’s long-term generation capacity. This large-scale renewable project highlights Keeley’s ability to manage labor-intensive, technically demanding scopes in close partnership with multiple contractors while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule discipline.
