The project scope includes expansion of the BNR treatment process from 2.5 MGD to 5 MGD. Keeley scope includes construction of a wet well lift station, influent flow splitter box, influent channel, 2 anaerobic basins, 2 anoxic basins, rapid mix basin, 2 aeration basins, 2 clarifier loading basins, 2 secondary clarifier basins and 2 clarifier effluent basins.
