South WWTP Influent Lift Station

The City of Hutto awarded Keeley Construction Civil Texas the South Wastewater Treatment Plant Influent Lift Station project to enhance the city’s wastewater treatment capabilities and ensure reliable service for its residents. The project scope includes the installation of a 9-foot section of 66-inch influent pipe, full construction of the new influent lift station, and installation of pumps, riser and discharge piping, and all associated fittings. Work also includes excavation, dewatering, backfill, and the construction of a CMU electrical building with a reinforced concrete foundation and electrical systems. Additional components feature a bridge crane with a steel support structure, a pre-purchased generator with a concrete pad and automatic transfer switch, and pollution prevention measures under a stormwater pollution prevention plan. The project is scheduled for substantial completion within 511 days and final completion within 541 days.
