Fountainhead 5th Floor Renovation

Keeley Building served as the general contractor for the renovation of a 23,970 SF tenant improvement project. The scope included selective interior demolition, construction of new office spaces, installation of a new millwork package, electrical upgrades, new HVAC units in select areas, and new plumbing fixtures. Existing carpet remained in place throughout the space, while new tile flooring was installed in the break room and other designated areas.

The project was executed on an accelerated schedule
and required close coordination with furniture installation occurring concurrently with construction. Additional complexity included rewiring the fifth-floor electrical backbone to meet current code requirements and accommodating added fire alarm devices mandated by the City of Tempe. Despite schedule pressures, added scope, and working within an occupied building environment, the project was completed with zero recordables or lost time incidents and delivered a refreshed, functional office space that met the owner’s needs.
