Keeley Construction Civil Texas is currently performing the cast-in-place concrete work for the new 35-million-gallon-per-day (MGD) expansion of the existing Eagle Mountain Water Treatment Plant (WTP) on its current site. Our scope includes furnishing and installing all labor, tools, equipment, and materials required for concrete placement, finishing, and all related accessories such as waterstops, void forms, and rebar tying.
This work supports the construction of multiple key structures within the facility, including the Raw Water Meter Vault, Ozone Contact Basin, Flocculation and Sedimentation Basins, Filters, Filter Gallery, Break Tank, Membrane Building, Chemical Storage Area, Ozone Generation Building, LOX, Washwater Recovery Basins 4 and 5, Potable Water Valve Vault, LAS Injection Vault, Washwater Pump Station, Filtrate Valve Vaults 1, 2, and 3, Aluminum Chlorohydrate Storage, and Electrical Building. Keeley’s subcontract scope, valued at $37.25M, is part of the overall $294M project.
