Keeley completed a fuel tank farm project in 2018. Within the new fuel farm, three 1-million gallon tanks were constructed with room for a future fourth tank should the need arise. The old fuel piping system was re-routed, and 2.5 miles of new pipeline was constructed to transfer the fuel from the new farm to the appropiate gate.
