Keeley Construction was part of a Tri-Venture with Mortenson and Alberici as our partners to deliver this $500M, 23,000 seat MLS Stadium. Keeley was the civil self performing partner kicking off this project. We excavated, shored, drilled, utilities, paved, and poured the concrete on this project. Our portion summed up to $150M for CITYPARK. Complexity would be an understatement of the unforeseen which were uncovered. Artesian wells, abandoned utilities, as built power no where near the indicated locations, and the list continued.​ We were proud to be part of this incredible project and deliver on-time and within budget for our partners.
