Keeley Construction was part of a Tri-Venture with Mortenson and Alberici as our partners to deliver this $500M, 23,000 seat MLS Stadium. Our stadium and your dam project are not similar in end product, but we wanted to highlight our role on this project.  Keeley was the civil self performing partner kicking off this project. We excavated, shored, drilled, utilities, paved, and poured the concrete on this project. Our portion summed up to $150M for the City of St. Louis and their equity partners. Complexity would be an understatement of the unforeseen which were uncovered. Artesian wells, abandoned utilities, as built power no where near the indicated locations, and the list continued. Keeley Construction was and is a solutions provider. Our goal is maintaining schedule and deliver the project safety and above quality standards. In being a problem solver, we pledge to communicate well, research deeply, proactively seek solutions that are win / win for the situation at hand. For Crest Gate #5, we fully expect to find some items that are not yet identified or fully understood within the design. Our professional staff is prepared to move through these obstacles in a manner similar to our role at City Park.
