Keeley delivered a cast in place, concrete culvert adjacent to an operational railroad siding. Playing to our strengths, Keeley excels at excavation, embankment, utilities, and concrete, so this scope was a natural fit. Keeley self-performed 100% of this scope and we are proud to state that through exceptional planning and empowerment of our crews in organizing and accountability, this project achieved ZERO for us regarding safety. Access was a challenge, but through innovative logistics and being a friendly neighbor, we overcame the one way in, one way out constraint.
