Keeley Building Spotlight: Greater Region YMCA

Keeley Construction partnered with Summit St. Louis Business Center, LLC to provide our neighbor, the YMCA, with a new and significantly updated space. The design incorporated a modern, open office look with additional conference and training rooms. Keeley provided the preconstruction services to keep the project within budget and in order to keep the project running smoothly and on-time. Keeley also coordinated the schedule of new construction work with the client’s furniture and IT providers.
