D&S Industries: New Manufacturing Facility and Office
L. Keeley Construction Partners with Lamar Johnson Collaborative and D&S Industries to Begin Work on Manufacturing Facility in Gallatin, TN
L. Keeley Construction is proud to announce their partnership with D&S Industries, a veteran-owned company, and Lamar Johnson Collaborative to design and build an 81,000 SF facility in Gallatin, TN. This state-of-the-art facility will be used to manufacture proprietary materials for the aerospace, automotive, and medical industries.
This unique DESIGN | BUILD project consists of 11 acres of blasting, demolition, and earthmoving with the earthmoving having officially begun on August 10th. With a tilt-up concrete panel façade, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, a high-end office area, café, children’s play area, and a shooting range for employee use, this facility will bring new jobs to the Gallatin area while fostering an environment dedicated to quality and innovation.

"We evaluated numerous sites all over the Eastern United States and found that the Gallatin Industrial Center offered strategic access to efficient global shipping, a robust pool of skilled labor, and a charming community that combines the best of a place to work and live."

The D&S, L. Keeley, and Lamar Johnson Collaborative teams broke ground on the site on August 19, 2020. The project’s completion is scheduled for Spring of 2021.
