5 West is a gorgeous five-story, multi-use space located in the heart of one of the fastest-growing cities in America, Bozeman, MT. This 120,000 SF project sits at the corner of “Main” and “Main” in the middle of the booming downtown urban scene. The building is a post-tension concrete structure featuring 42 underground parking spaces, 40 surface spaces, and 42 custom condos ranging from 600-2,400 SF. Each condo features a custom kitchen  and bathroom finishes, making this project truly unique. 5 West also includes Opportunity Bank, restaurants and office spaces. The rooftop showcases a patio and green roof that  perfectly capture the essence of Big Sky living. No detail was considered too small during  the build of 5 West – only the very best quality was expected and executed.
