Nestlé PURINA PILOT PLANT EXPANSION
Keeley Construction worked with Nestle to expand their food facility and warehouse in St. Louis, MO. The 4,000 SF expansion needed to meet all food-grade requirements and adhere to dust, UV, and sound control conditions. The project was completed within budget and the customer was very satisfied with Keeley Construction’s dedication to safety and quality throughout the entirety of construction.
DAIRY FARMERS OF AMERICA
The project is owned by and serves more than 14,500 dairy farmer-members representing more than 8,500 dairy farms in 48 states. Keeley Construction was responsible for the utility installation and ground improvements through the existing utility courtyard. Sequence direction of the new powder bin building was implemented in order to facilitate just-in-time delivery of the new powder bins.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE FACILITY IN ST. LOUIS, MO
Keeley Construction Industrial Group is proud to have completed a unique Food & Beverage project in St. Louis, Missouri. The completed project included the execution of drilled piers, foundations, underground plumbing, and the setting of five storage tanks. The Keeley team also self-performed the building erection and stayed on track to complete the entire project under an accelerated schedule by December of 2021.
